What does the Mindset Coaching Process Include to Help You?

A complimentary 20-minute Clarity Call.

​A typical session includes:​

  • Check-in 

  • Review and accountability of goals from the previous session.

  • Questions from your coach to help guide you to see things differently and create the next steps and strategies that best suit you. 

  • Your coach may provide tools, strategies, and suggestions for best practices. 

  • Each session concludes with specific goals and following action steps. 

What is Mindset Coaching?

Mindset Coaching is a supportive and friendly professional relationship with professional boundaries that are designed to assist the Client in defining their life’s purpose and desires while working through blocks, limiting beliefs, and setbacks.

Coaching is "you time" with someone who will listen, discuss, gently nudge, challenge, uplift, and inspire the Client toward their life purpose, goals, and desired ends.

​

Coaching is having a designated time and space and a person holding the intention for YOU to work on YOU becoming your best self.

Coaching is for those who feel ready for personal transformation and willing to change and grow.

What Coaching Isn't

Coaching is not a substitute for counseling, mental health care, health care, treatment of severe mental, emotional, or psychiatric problems, substance abuse treatment, psychotherapy, or any other therapy.

If we reasonably believe you need the advice, care, or consultation of a professional, we will tell you and may need to postpone or stop our coaching sessions.
